Love Leaves A Mark

This painting intends to communicate the impact of love and connection. It depicts my two sisters, with one writing “I love you” on the other’s arm. My idea behind this work is that when someone loves another person, it often leaves a permanent mark on the pages of both of their lives. This painting physically conveys that permanence through the ink left on the person who was loved.
